The front desk staff were outstanding, helpful and happy to help with us when needed. The room was clean, large, with a beautiful Mountain View; and the spa bath was in a perfect position to view the tv, and the balcony. The wifi in the room was fast, and the tv was hooked up to the WiFi also, so we could use Netflix/Disney+ and YouTube. The under floor heating and heated bed were added bonuses!

We ended up staying here because we found our Hanok very uncomfortable, much better to stay here and visit the hanok village with public transport. Very big rooms with lots of facilities and a great bath. We liked the Korean style breakfast.

beautiful property with great amenities! despite the language barrier with staff, staff were incredibly kind and i didn't have any issues during my stay. the check-in / check-out processes were incredibly simple too.

The room was spacious with a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub and comfortable bed. It featured a large flat-screen TV with Netflix, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very accommodating upgrading us last minute to a bigger suite. They took care of our car parking and tried their best to accommodate us. Overall great experience.
